You should have received an automatic invitation email from the Hyphen platform one day after you settled. Please email the Tri Pointe Customer Care Team at [email protected] if you did not receive the email or if you cannot locate the email.
For all other builder and condo developer homeowners, please use the link below to register your warranty claim. If you have not done so already, please reach out to your Customer Care Team to get your initial username and password. The contact information is listed on your Warranty/Service Guide. If you can’t find that document with the contact information you can also email the generic [email protected] address. Please state who your builder is when you send that email so the correct admin team will be able to identify you.
